Flying Shear Template

The Flying Shear template creates a sequence in a typical application where material strips are cut from a long roll of material. The material is unwound at a constant linear speed, and the strips are cut using a flying shear (knife mounted on a carriage). When the cut is made, the shear must be moving at the same speed as the material for the cut time (time required for the shear to make a cut). After the cut is made, the shear is stopped then moved back to its start position.
