System Check     

System Check evaluates all aspects of the servo system. The detailed Check List  ensures the component ratings and user specified limits are not exceeded.  All instances that exceed these ratings and/or limits are reported.  The following aspects of the servo system are evaluated:

Click on the System Check button on the main form toolbar.

If components are operating outside their specified limits, then they are listed as shown below.

Alarms can be either Critical (C) in red, Warning (W) in yellow, or Information (I) in white. The alarm messages state what caused the error. Ie. The motor peak torque margin of 2.267% is less than the 10% limit. Or the rack force limit of 3,155 N is greater than the 3,000 N limit.

When the help icon is displayed, this indicates the associated help topic is available by clicking on the help icon.
