Use this property to return/set a value that determines the scaling factor for a specific y-axis. The y-axis scaling factor is applied to all data points plotted against it. See Sample 5 for an example on how to use the scaling factor to toggle the display of data between centimeters and inches.
Valid parameter values for YScaleFactor are 1..NumYScales. The value returned is a double.
