YYC Machinery publishes product data for Rack & Pinion Solutions Integrated Transmission Components in SERVOsoft®

SERVOsoft® is adding the rack and pinion specialist YYC Machinery to its system of rack and pinion transmission solutions. YYC has published 7,300+ Rack & Pinion combinations in the SERVOsoft database.

YYC provides helical and straight racks whose quality levels are from Q5 to Q10 which could be named precision tooth ground rack, and milled with hardened racks. Mainly, YYC rack material has carbon steel (45C/50C), and alloy steel (SCM440). The geometric dimension are from module 0.5 to module 12, in accordance with DIN standard 3962/3967. Ensuring seamless integration of rack and pinion systems, YYC pinions adhere to stringent quality standards, aligning with the same level of precision YYC's rack offerings.
